Garfield Fresh Harvest
Garfield Fresh Harvest is a family owned and operated business. It is run by Terry, Helen (myself) & family.
Our story began in the early 1980s when Terry and his family bought an egg production business located in the Yarra Valley in which we still operate. From there we began producing our own vegetables and fresh produce using old traditional methods such as crop rotation and manure.
Our family would often come to Garfield and Bunyip, from Pakenham, for brunch or dinner and we decided to start looking for a house or a block of land as we felt the area had a real community feel to it. I wasn’t let down with that community feel when we moved in thanks to a few good people that helped us out more than once.
Garfield House started as a conversation with a friend of mine that was looking into importing green coffee beans into Australia back in 2019.
This community website is only made possible through the generosity of our sponsor and supporter businesses.
Thank you for supporting our local businesses as much as possible.
